NETIZEN, what is a Netizen? Netizen means "citizen of the net." That's it. Just by simply using the Internet or just using social medias like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, you can be a netizen. And nowadays, most of the people are now using the Internet. Even younger ones. It is like a virus that spreads easily. But are we using the Internet in a good way? Are we a Responsible Netizen?
Way back then, Internet is used to military and educational purposes only. There are no suck thing as Facebook and Twitter back then because talking and communicating personally is "TRENDING" back then. But in this generation, It is still used as for educational purposes like Google and Wikipedia. But interacting through social medias has been the trend up to his day. Internet usage has been put in a good way ever since it started to evolve. But now, using the Internet has been put in a lot a of negative things. Liker cyber bullying, spreading fake news, and more. So how to be a Responsible Netizen?

First, SET YOUR MINDS THAT INTERNET IS JUST FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. And also, we can say that it's for having fun as well.But in a positive way, not in a negative ones. If you don't know your homework, search it up and study it. But don't copy it lol. If you didn't understand the lessons or discussions of your teacher, search it up on the Internet and study it. Or if you just want to take advance lessons,use Internet. And also, if you are bored in life or you don't have no friends, play games in Internet. Just use the Internet's advantages in a good way so that you may know its real purpose.
Second, DON'T USE THE INTERNET OR OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITES TO BULLY OR BASH SOMEONE. We all know that bullying has been the problem in this world especially in our generation. And bullying has a lot of side effects, it can lead to suicide, depression, and mental health problems. But, first of all, why do other people bully others? Are they having fun? Especially now that you can use poser accounts and hide you identity. First of all, bullying is not a joke. And bully has no positive effects, thus, the effects of it can lead to death. So, we must educate ourselves about bullying and we must know our limitations in husting someone's emotions.
And lastly, HELP OTHERS BY THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA. Not literally, not just by helping an individual, but we can help our community through social media. We can make advocacies through posting in social media websites. And also, we can influence other people in social media because we all know that most people are now using social media websites. And we can make that as an advantage to influence them to do good to other people and help in their own community.
Using the Internet has become popular over the years. We just use it by means of social medias, playing online games, and more. And also, we don't know how to use it to other people. Instead of using it in a positive way, all we do is bash and bully other netizen trough Internet. We must educate ourselves why we have the Internet and in that way, we can be a Responsible Netizen.
